Arcus Development Group Inc. is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. The Company holds interest in the Dawson Gold project, which is located at approximately 100 kilometers south of Dawson City (White Gold District). The Dawson Gold project consists of the Touleary, Green Gulch and Shamrock properties that located in the White Gold District of Yukon Territory. The Touleary property is located immediately south of and adjacent to the Kinross Gold Corporation White Gold property. The Green Gulch property is surrounded by claims comprising the Kinross White Gold property. The Shamrock property is located on the north side of the Yukon River, approximately five kilometers from the northern boundary of the Kinross White Gold property.
