The Company also holds an option to earn approximately 100% of the Betanase concession from Perseus Mining (Ghana) Limited; approximately 100% of the Fahiakoba Concession located over nine kilometers west of Kubi and adjoining to the north of Perseus' 6.6 million ounce Edikan Mine, and approximately 2% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) royalty on NSS Resources Seneca volcanogenic massive sulfide copper/zinc/gold project in British Columbia, Canada.
