Ascot Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. It operates through two geographic segments: Canada and the United States. Its properties include Premier/Dilworth option, the Mt. Margaret property, Swamp Point Project, Silver Coin and Red Mountain project. The Dilworth property is a gold, silver, base metals project, which is located approximately 25 kilometers (km) north of the town of Stewart in northwestern British Columbia. The Mt. Margaret porphyry is a copper-molybdenum-gold-silver deposit, which is located approximately 22.5 km southwest of Randle Washington in Skamania County. The Swamp Point aggregate deposit is located on the east side of the Portland Canal. The Silver Coin is a gold-silver property located 25 km north of Stewart, B.C. Red Mountain is a gold and silver property located in northwestern BC, 15 km northeast of the mining town of Stewart.
