The Company was taken over under SEBI takeover guidelines in 2022 and the main objects of the Company was changed to "Manufacture and Sales of Pharmaceutical Intermediates and Bulk Drugs". Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Astal Laboratories Limited in May, 2024. The Company is now a subsidiary of Aceso Research Labs LLP.
