ATM Grupa SA is a Poland-based company active in the film and television (TV) industry. The Company's production covers television series, featured films, TV theater productions, talk shows and game shows. It also provides production infrastructure and equipment services, online video content and computer software for children. The Company’s products are aired by such Polish broadcasters, as Telewizja Polsat, Telewizja Polska, Polskie Media and Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej, among others. Additionally, the Company rents television equipment and offers maintenance, as well as rendering post production services, such as, editing and scoring, among others. It operates three TV studios. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated six subsidiaries, including ATM System Sp. z o.o., ATM Studio Sp. z o.o., Profilm Agencja Filmowa Sp. z o.o., Baltmedia Sp. z o.o., Studio A Sp. z o.o. and ATM FX Sp. z o.o.
