Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of approximately two iron hosted gold projects located in the Black Hills area of South Dakota, the United States. Its Rochford Gold Project is located in the Rochford Mining District of the Black Hills, South Dakota. The Company's Holy Terror project is located in the Keystone Mining District, Pennington County, South Dakota. The Holy Terror project consists of approximately 20 patented mineral claims and over 270 unpatented lode claims for a total of approximately 4,129.19 acres (1,668.19 hectares) in size and encompasses an area approximately 15 kilometers long by over 1.5 kilometers in width. The Keystone Mining District hosts approximately 12 historic gold mines that targeted Early Proterozoic gold mineralization associated with iron formations. The Company has not generated any revenues.
