The Company offers broadband, server services, information technology (IT) operation services, as well as hosting services and solutions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Bahnhof Unipessoal Lda, Sting Telecom AB and Bahnhof Optioner AB. The subsidiaries are involved in the customer service and support, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was K.N. Telecom AB.
