Batero Gold Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral property interests in Colombia. It is in the process of exploring and evaluating its exploration and evaluation assets. It is focused on the exploration and development of its Batero-Quinchia Project. It is evaluating a development plan for oxide gold mineralization at the Batero-Quinchia Project's La Cumbre deposit. Its Batero-Quinchia project is located within the Municipality of Quinchia, Department of Risaralda, Republic of Colombia, approximately 50 kilometers to the north of Risaralda's capital, Pereira. The property consists of 1,407.43-hectare tenement plus an application for a concession contract of approximately 871.79 hectares. The Batero-Quinchia property consists of two concession contracts, an exploration license and an application for a concession contract in a contiguous block.
