Belmont Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Company, Montoro Resources Inc. (Montoro) and a non-related third-party vendor, hold interest in Crackingstone River (CRR) claim, through a property option agreement. The CRR claim is a mineral claim in northern Saskatchewan near Uranium City and covers an area of approximately 750 hectares. It owns approximately 230-hectare claim adjoining the CRR from a non-related third-party vendor. The Company, together with Montoro, has completed the staking of additional 11,110 hectares adjoining the 750-hectare Crackingstone River Property (Orbit Lake). The Company has also entered in a Property Acquisition Agreement with Zimtu Capital Corp. to acquire approximately 20 claims and over 2,560 acres of property located in Kibby Basin, which is located approximately 60 kilometers north of Clayton Valley.
