No. 7 Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex 7) is a Vietnam-based construction company. It constructs industrial, residential, commercial buildings, along with power plants and infrastructures. The Company also provides installation, engineering and interior decorating services. In addition, it is involved in real estate trading, constructs houses for sale and for lease, manufactures and trades construction materials and equipments, wooden furniture and purified drinking water. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 51%-owned subsidiary of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex), and it had one affiliate specialized in manufacturing plastic doors and windows, along with one glass factory.
