Bibica Corporation is a Vietnam-based confectionery manufacturer. The Company manufactures and trades sugar-related and non-sugar related food. Its products include sugar, cookies, candies, layer cakes, syrup, cereals, nutrition powder, soya milk, milk and other milk-derived products, as well as soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. In addition, the Company also trades machinery and supplies for sweet food manufacturing operations. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Bibica Mien Dong one member Company Limited and Bibica Mien Bac one member Company Limited, which are respectively located in Binh Duong Province and Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. It also had two factories, namely Bibica Bien Hoa Factory and Bibica Ha Noi Factory.
