Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Securities Company is a Vietnam-based provider of investment services. It offers securities brokerage services, custody services, underwriting services and investment advice. The Company is also involved in securities dealing, as well as the provision of financial consulting services for corporate events, such as listings, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and equitizations. During the year ended December 31, 2010, 47.6% of the Company's revenue came from securities trading and the provision of securities brokerage services. As of December 31, 2010, the Company was a subsidiary of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, and it had one branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
