BimSon Cement Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction materials industry. The Company manufactures, imports, exports and trades cement, clinker and other construction materials, such as ready-mix concrete and precast concrete modules. It is also involved in petroleum retail trading, civil and industrial construction and real estate operations. In addition, the Company provides repair and maintenance services of automobiles and construction vehicles and equipment, as well as road and water freight transportation services. Other activities include the provision of cargo loading and unloading services and engineering services, along with the mining of raw construction materials. The Company is a subsidiary of Vietnam National Cement Corporation (VICEM). The Company announced that it had acquired 76.8% stake of Mien Trung Cement Joint Stock Company on May 1, 2013.
