Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company (BCCE) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. The Company constructs manufacturing buildings, warehouses, traffic structures and streets, along with commercial and residential buildings. It is also involved in real estate operations through the development, construction and leasing of apartment and office buildings. In addition, the Company provides real estate brokerage services, installation services of electricity systems and engineering services. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 99.65% of its total revenue came from construction business. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 51.82%-owned subsidiary of Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC).
