As of December 31, 2011, the Company formed a capital group and operated through its subsidiaries, including BIOTON TRADE Sp. z o.o., Mindar Holdings Ltd, Germonta Holdings Ltd, Tricel SA, SciGen Ltd and BioPartners Holdings AG, among others. On June 12, 2014, it sold a 50% stake in Copernicus Sp. z o.o.
