Bitterroot Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral resource company. The Company through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company's properties include Michigan Lands, Michigan; LM Property; North Brenda Project, British Columbia and Hackberry Property. In the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Company's subsidiary Trans Superior Resources, Inc. owns recorded mineral title interests covering approximately 360 square miles. It owns interest in approximately 40-acre minerals lease in Baraga County, Michigan, known as the LM Property. In southern British Columbia, the Company owns approximately 100% interest in the North Brenda claims. The Company, through its Trans Superior Resources, Inc. subsidiary, acquired an option from the Hughes Family Trust to purchase approximately 100% interest in approximately 12 patented lode mining claims comprising the core of the Hackberry property, a silver producer in Mohave County, Arizona.
