The Company is focused on exploration and development of the Orom Graphite Project in the Republic of Uganda. The Company’s Orom-Cross Project is a graphite project. The Orom Graphite Project lies within the Orom District, of Northern Uganda, 75 kilometers northeast of the regional centre at Kitgum . The Project tenements cover an area of approximately 520,000 hectare and the project's exploration target is centered within a granted Mining Lease (ML1959). Consolidated African Resources Uganda Limited is the subsidiary of the Company.
