Flexwork Properties Ltd, formerly Reliant Gold Corp., is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for the mining of precious and base metals. The Company's exploration activities are at an early-stage. Reliant holds interest in Borden Lake South, which consists of approximately 20 mining claims representing over 290 claim units covering approximately 4,700 hectares, located approximately 10 kilometers east of the Town of Chapleau, Ontario. The Borden Lake South Property is located approximately two kilometers south of the Probe's Borden Lake gold project and is prospective for gold and copper mineralization. Reliant also holds interest in the East Bay Property, which consists of over 60 mineral claims totaling approximately 900 hectares in the McVicar Lake area, located approximately 90 kilometers west of Pickle Lake, Ontario.
