Bullion Gold Resources Corp is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company operates in one reportable operating segment, being the exploration and development of exploration and evaluation assets in British Columbia, Canada. The Company holds interest in the Bullion Property, which consists of the Gold Creek and Tak projects located in the Cariboo Mining Division. The Gold Creek Property is a gold project, and the Tak Property is a copper-gold porphyry project. Both properties occur within the Quesnel Terrane, which contains various copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposits and sediment-hosted gold deposits. The Gold Creek Property consists of approximately 19,000 hectares. The Tak Copper-Gold Porphyry Target occurs in the area of the village of Horsefly, which is over 50 kilometers northeast of the town of Williams Lake.
