The Company's objective is to find a suitable candidate for a reverse take-over and, in the meantime, to invest in smaller opportunities that may arise. The investment opportunities, which the Company is focusing on are established companies, which are profitable and will provide earnings enhancement for shareholders, capable of paying dividends and operating in mature markets; companies, which are primarily engaged in manufacturing and/or trading activities; the United Kingdom-based and operating companies, and companies, which have developed products and may require additional funding to grow. It will principally focus on making an investment in private businesses.
