Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd is a Canada-based exploration stage resource company. The Company os engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective copper, gold and molybdenum properties in Western Canada. The Company operates and holds interest in various projects and properties, which include Carruthers Pass Property, Lightning Strike, Cowtrail Property, Koster Dam Project, Carbonare Hosted Gold (CHG) property and Pat Claims. The Carruthers Pass Project (3,250 hectares) is a massive sulfide project (VMS), base and precious metal project, located in Northern British Columbia approximately 30 kilometer (km) west of the Kemess Mine road. The Cowtrail project is located near the community of Horsefly in the Cariboo region in central British Columbia. The Koster Dam project, is 100% owned by the Company, consists of ten mineral claims (4,535 acres) located approximately 80 km south of Williams Lake in south-central British Columbia.
