Casa Grande SAA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the agriculture sector. The Company’s main activities comprise the sowing, cultivation and harvesting of sugar cane, as well as the production, distribution and sale of brown and refined sugar, alcohol, molasses, bagasse and other sugar cane derivates. The Company’s facilities include over 30,000 hectares of cultivable land located in the region of La Libertad. In addition, the Company is a member of Grupo Gloria, a group which comprises a number of controlled entities active in the food processing, agricultural and industrial sectors. As of December 31, 2011, Corporacion Azucarera del Peru SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 57.09% of its interest.
