The Company is engaged in asset management by investing on the capital markets, in particular in shares and debt securities. The Company’s services are directed to individuals and institutional investors who wish to invest in Central and Eeaster European Markets. It offers both equity strategies as well as balanced strategies. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two wholly owned subsidiaries, Caspar Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestytcyjnych SA and F-Trust SA.
