Central Hydropower JSC

Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company operating in the electric utilities industry. The Company is engaged in hydropower generation and trading through the implementation and management of A Luoi Hydropower Project in Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam. It also develops hydropower projects, such as Son Ha - Quang Ngai Hydropower Project and Dakdrinh 2 - Quang Ngai Hydropower Project. In addition, the Company is involved in real estate operations with the development of An Van Duong Office Building Project, as well as the development of an apartment building and housing units in An Van Duong New Urban Area in Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was an affiliate of Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) and Hanoi Power Corporation (EVN Hanoi).
