The Company's subsidiaries include Ceylon Hospitals PLC, which is engaged in providing healthcare services; Durdans Heart Surgical Centre (Pvt) Ltd., which is engaged in providing cardiac surgical operations and interventional procedures; Durdans Medical and Surgical Hospital (Pvt) Ltd., which is engaged in providing healthcare services, and Ceygen Biotech (Pvt) Ltd., which is engaged in supplying of molecular biological, biochemical, biotechnological reagents, kits, equipment and accessories for molecular diagnostics and research purpose.
