CFECapital S de RL de CV (CFECapital) is a Mexico-based company specialized in the investment in the electrical sector. The Company promotes investments in infrastructure projects related to the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Mexican territory. CFECapital manages an investment trust in energy and infrastructure specialized in the energy sector in Mexico, Fideicomiso CIB/2919 or CFE FIBRA E, which has as its objective the modernization of the national transmission network. The Company is regulated by different entities including the Comision Federal de Electricidad, Secretaria de Energia, Mexican Stock Exchange, Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, among others.
