Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is a holding, management and finance company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for gold and the development of the Chaarat Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Chaarat Gold Project is approximately 10 kilometers along strike at the center of the Sandalash license area, which consists of three identified prospects: Chaarat, Kashkasu and Minteke. The Chaarat target consists of three parallel mineralized zones: the Contact Zone, the Main Zone and the Tulkubash Zone. The Company's exploration projects include Chontash, which is located in the Akshirak range of mountains; Mironovskoye, which is located in the north of the Kyrgyz Republic; Minteke, which is underlain by sedimentary formations of Sandalash; Kashkasu, which is underlain by Cambro-Ordovician siltstones greywackes and cherts of the Sandalash group, and Kyzil Ompul, which comprises the Kyzil Ompul deposit.
