The Company is structured in three segments: design, integration and customization of complex computer infrastructures, including consolidation of servers and data storage systems, infrastructure virtualization in Microsoft, Unix, and Linux environments, development of applications for automating work station deployment, integration of network equipment and information system security solutions; technical modernization of systems and applications, including migration of systems and applications to Unix and Windows, integration of Web services; and information management services, such as hosting and administration of information systems and telephone assistance. Cheops Technology France SA has eight agencies located throughout France. It has one wholly owned subsidiary Alphamega SA. In 2013, it acquired Groupe Ocealis SAS, a Saint Genis Laval-based software developer.
