The Company has entered into a Mineral Claim Purchase Agreement with 2973090 Canada Inc. to acquire an interest in the Meech Lake Matachewan Prospect. The Meech Lake Matachewan Prospect includes mining claims situated in the Argyle, McNeil and Robertson Townships, approximately 25 kilometers Northwest of Matachewan in Northeastern Ontario.
