CMR SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the management of restaurants. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Restaurants and Rental. The Restaurants division is responsible for the operation of fast food and Mexican restaurants under a range of brand names, such as Wings, La Calle, Fonda Mexicana, Chili's, Olive Garden, La Destileria, El Lago, Red Lobster, The Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse and Bistro Chapultepec. The Rental segment includes leasing of commercial real estate. The Company operates in Mexico through Centro Restaurantero Mexicano SA de CV, Gastronomia Especializada SA de CV, Operadora Wings SA de CV and Conturmex SA de CV, among others.
