Roughrider Exploration Limited is engaged in uranium mineral exploration in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. The Company operates through the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of exploration properties segment. The principal business of the Company is mineral exploration with a focus on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. The 10,537-hectare (26,038 acre) Genesis uranium project is located northeast of the Athabasca Basin, within the WollastonMudjatk Transition Zone (WMTZ). The Company is also focused on the exploration of its wholly owned Eldorado, Gin and Bonanza Properties located in the Golden Triangle area of northern British Columbia (BC), adjacent to the Red Chris Mine. Additionally, the Company also holds a 100% ownership in the Sterling Property located in central BC.
