The Company is primarily engaged in leasing investment property under operating leases, developing investment properties and renting developed properties in Sri Lanka. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are renting out developed property, cultivating plantation of mahogany trees, information technology (IT) solutions, software development and e-marketing. The Company's properties include Liberty Plaza, Liberty Arcade, GAS Land and Peoples Park. Its segments derive revenue primarily from the rental income, which consists of commercial unit income and car park income, and from three-dimensional (3D) designing income. The Company's subsidiaries include Liberty Holdings (Private) Limited, Agrispice (Private) Limited, Anantaya Global Solutions (Private) Limited and Liberty Developers (Private) Limited.
