Comet Industries Ltd. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, holding mineral properties, and holding and managing real properties, all in British Columbia. Its segments include rental, exploration and general/administration. The Company owns unimproved land in Kamloops, Terrace, Pender Harbour, British Columbia and a rental property in Vancouver, British Columbia on a freehold basis. The Company owns an interest in the Big Onion zone on the Iron Mask Property (Property A), which consists of approximately five crown granted mineral claims. It holds interest in Abacus Claims, which covers an area of approximately 2,500 hectares. The Company owns the surface land titles covering the Crown Grants (Surface Lands). It also owns over three parcels of land at Pender Harbour. The Company holds interest in a commercial building located at the corner of Carrall and Powell Streets in the Gastown area of Vancouver.
