X-Terra Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration and developing of precious metal resource properties in Canada. It has interests in mining properties as well as in shale gas permits at the exploration stage located in Canada. The Company's properties include Troilus East property and Ducran property. The Troilus East property is composed of approximately 182 mining claims in the surrounding area of the Troilus Mine, and Ducran property is comprised of approximately 75 mining claims located in the Eeyou Istchee/Baie James Territory, over 15 kilometers south of the town of Chapais in the province of Quebec.
