The Construction segment involves the construction of houses of all kinds, infastructures and industrial zones. The Real estate leasing segment refers to the management and leasing of the office building located at No.14 Nguyen Truong To Street, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Other segment comprises the offering of land and apartment brokerage services, as well as project management services, among others. The Company has two subsidiaries, namely Kim Huynh Company Limited and Hang Ha Joint Stock Company, along with three affiliates.
