Crown Energy AB is a Sweden-based oil and gas company. Through exploration and reprocessing, the Company develops oil and gas projects in underexplored areas, initially in Africa and the Middle East. It creates value by finding and developing assets in early stages and then introducing larger oil and gas industry players to the projects for further development and production. The Company holds offshore exploration licences in such areas as South Africa, western side of Madagascar, Rio Muni Basin in Equatorial Guinea, and onshore exploration and production licence in northern Iraq. The Company’s main shareholders are Yoav Ben-Eli, Cement Fund SCSp, Comtrack Ventures Ltd and chief executive officer Andreas Forssell.
