Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company (CIDICO) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the trading of gas and petroleum products through the operation of gasoline stations. It also trades agricultural and aquaculture products, food products, mechanical devices, home furnishings, consumption products, construction materials and textiles. Moreover, it is involved in real estate operations through its investment in Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone, as well as other residential and nonresidential properties. In addition, the Company is involved in the operation of Hoa Vien Tay Bac Restaurant, along with the distribution of beer and alcoholic drinks. During the year ended December 31, 2011, 92.29% of the Company's revenue came from the sale of its products.
