Danang Housing Investment Development Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in real estate development. It is involved in the development and trading of houses and commercial zones, leasing of offices, as well as land subdivision in Danang City, Vietnam. The Company also performs construction activities for civil, infrastructure and apartment building projects. In addition, the Company is active in leasing commercial spaces at apartment buildings, securities trading and financial investment. On September 4, 2014, the Company announced that due to shareholder separation, the Company's stake in New Light Investment Joint Stock Company has increased from 50.60% to 92% without any change in contributed capital.
