Danang Education Development & Investment Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the publishing industry. The Company cooperates with its partners to print, publish and distribute textbooks, reference books, supplemental books and other materials for educational purposes. It also manufactures and trades educational equipment and supplies, office stationeries, notebooks and calendars. Its products are distributed in the domestic market, including various provinces in the central region of Vietnam, such as Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Gia Lai and Kom Tum. Other activities include office leasing and the provision of computer and foreign language training. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was an affiliate of Vietnam Education Publishing House, and it had two affiliates.
