The Company's portfolio is spread across approximately 57 million square meters of coastal developable land in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and Panama. The Company's core projects include Amanzoe, Kilada Hills and the Kea Resort, all of which are located in Greece, and Playa Grande Club & Reserve, which is located in Dominican Republic. The core projects are spread over 2,550 hectares of land. The total unsold residential capacity of the core projects is approximately 2.45 million buildable square meters. The non-core assets include approximately 10 leisure integrated residential resort projects spread over 1,740 hectares excluding Aristo (approximately 1,450 hectares).
