De Tam Joint Stock Company (DETACO) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in real estate operations and the provision of real estate services. It provides real estate brokerage services. The Company is involved in the development and management of urban areas, villas, residential, office and commercial buildings for sale and for lease. It also manufactures and trades construction materials, such as sewage pipes, paving bricks and others. In addition, it is involved in financial investment in other companies. The Company mainly operates in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. It has five affiliates, two branches and a real estate trading floor.
