The Company’s projects include Deera Tower, which has hotel apartments, offices, shops, restaurants and cafes; Mountain View project comprises 94 apartments, spread out across three interconnected buildings; Rahmanya Villas, a residential project consists of 12 luxury villas distributed across five blocks, and Deera Studios and Luxury Apartments, which consists of 20 apartments spread across five residential floors, with an additional basement floor dedicated to parking services.
