Deltic Energy Plc, formerly Cluff Natural Resources Plc, is engaged in the exploration, evaluation and development of mineral exploration targets. The Company focuses on the development of its gas licenses in the Southern North Sea. The Company’s assets include P2435, P2437, P2252, P2428 and P2424. P2435 is located on the western limit of the Sole Pit Basin of the Southern North Sea, approximately 65 kilometer (km) south east of Flamborough Head. P2437 is situated in the Rotliegend aged Lower Leman Sandstone play fairway, on the eastern edge of the Sole Pit Inversion. P2252 is located to the north west of the Breagh gas field. P2428 is located to the north-east of the Crosgan discovery. P2424 is comprising of blocks 42/14 and 42/15 located in the Lower Carboniferous play fairway immediately to the east of the producing Breagh gas field and to the south of the Crosgan discovery.
