Devernois SA, also known as Devernois, is a France-based company specializing in design, production and marketing of women's apparel and accessories. The Company offers apparel and accessories for women, including suits, blouses, sweaters, skirts, pants, jackets and dresses, among others. As of December 31, 2013, Devernois SA had over 80 branches in France, including eight stands in department stores and 12 affiliated and abroad (Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal), 29 branches including over 10 in concession of department stores (Innos, Corte Ingles, Loeb) and three affiliates. As of December 31, 2013 the Company operated through five subsidiaries: Sofrade SA, with its subsidiaries Italie 6 SARL and Devernois Belgique SARL; Devernois Espana SL, Socad SARL, Devernois Luxembourg SARL and Devernois Portugal LDA.
