District Copper Corp, formerly Carmax Mining Corp, is a Canada-based exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties. The Company is engaged in the exploration for porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposits in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. District Copper Corp owns interest in the Eaglehead project, which is a copper-gold-molybdenum-silver porphyry project, located approximately 40 kilometers east of the small community of Dease Lake in northern British Columbia, Canada. Furthermore, the Company owns interest in the Whiskeyjack Creek gold project in northern Ontario, Canada. The Company’s subsidiary is Carmax Explorations Ltd, through which the company holds interest in the Eaglehead Project.
