Dynasty Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company operates through the mineral property acquisition, exploration and development segment. The Company owns the Golden Repeat Property, which is located in the Elko County of Nevada, the United States. The Golden Repeat property consists of approximately 50 claims located on the north slope of the Midas Trough, along the Carlin Trend, within the Northern Nevada Rift. The Golden Repeat property includes claims covering an area of approximately 980 acres. The Company also owns interest in the Hatu Qi-2 gold resource in the Xinjiang Province of China. The Hatu property is located in the Tian Shan metallogenic belt. The Hatu property is located in the Junggar Basin between the Altay Shan and Tian Shan mountain ranges. The Hatu property includes package of rocks, which host various gold deposits, such as Kumtor and Muruntau.
