It leases a portion of the land located within the Cortina Indian Rancheria in Colusa County, California, for the purpose of developing and operating a sanitary landfill and materials recovery facility. The project is located approximately 85 miles northeast of San Francisco and has an approximate disposal capacity of over 12 million cubic yards of waste.
