Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd is a Canada-based development-stage company. The Company is engaged in oil and gas business. The Company's business is to identify, acquire, explore and develop petroleum, natural gas, and shale gas properties. The Company primarily operates in the Republic of Namibia, the Republic of Ghana and the Co-Operative Republic of Guyana. In Namibia, through subsidiaries, the Company holds interests in approximately four offshore petroleum licenses covering over 32,000 square kilometers in the Walvis and Luderitz Basins. In Ghana, the Company also holds and operates an interest in the Deepwater Cape Three Points West Deep Water offshore block, covering approximately 940 square kilometers. In Guyana, the Company holds an interest in approximately 1,800-square kilometer Orinduik offshore block. The Company has not commenced principal drilling operations other than acquiring and analyzing certain pertinent geological data.
