Edgewater Exploration Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the mineral property exploration and development business. The Company's business is the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of mineral resource properties. The Company's project, Corcoesto Gold Project, is a late-stage exploration gold project located in the extreme northwest corner of Spain, within La Coruna Province (Galician Community). The property includes approximately three exploitation concessions covering approximately 773.6 hectares of surface area that are owned by Mineira de Corcoesto, S.L., a subsidiary of the Company. The Corcoesto deposit is located within the boundaries of the Ciudad de Masma, Ciudad de Landro and Emilita exploitation concessions. The Company has not generated any revenues.
