Edison Cobalt Corp, formerly Power Americas Minerals Corp, is a Canada-based company engaged in mineral property exploration and development. The Company is a junior mining exploration company focused on the procurement, exploration and development of cobalt, lithium, copper and other energy metals in North and South America. Edison Cobalt Corp’s projects are the Kittson Cobalt Project and the Spirit River Project. The Kittson Colbalt Project is located in the Kittson and Coleman Townships of the Larder Lake Mining Division, in Northeastern Ontario, Canada, approximately 8 kilometers (km) northwest of the town of Latchford and approximately 100 km by road north of North Bay. The Kittson Colbalt Project hosts the historic Thomas Edison, Shakt-Davis and Cobalt-Kittson mines, as well as a number of historic workings.
